At least 2-3 personal prenatal visits during your pregnancy each lasting 1 1/2 - 2 hours each. We work on comfort measures, general questions, getting to know each other, discussion of your wants, needs, options, expectations, desires, & fears. We also discuss my role and how it works into your birth.

Assistance with writing an effective birth plan

General help with options, what to expect, reassurance & guidance

Continuous support during your labor and birth (includes massage, positioning, and use of my birth ball and labor bag.)

Assist you with the initial breast-feeding

Postpartum visit/s in the hospital and/or your home

Unlimited phone support

On call 24 hours a day.
